1920x1080 resolution with dell xps 15

Hello,i'v got a dell xps15 L502X laptop.the resolution i'm getting is 1366x768 which is sufficiently low with its ge force gt 540m nvdia 2gb gcard i guess.!!!so can you guys tell me how to its full resolution at 1080p(1920x1080)

You get that resolution via an external monitor/display/HDTV.
