Resolution

I have a Dell Dimension 3100 PC.
915G Chipset - Onboard Graphics - Pentium P4 2.8GHz CPU - Windows 7

I used to get 1440X900 resolution before and could always see that small Intel icon at the bottom right of screen.
Recently, I reinstalled Windows 7 and after that I never got 1440X900 resolution.
I tried all the Drivers from Dell and Intel websites but never got 1440X900 resolution.

Could anybody please help!!!

Under display settings does it list your monitor by name or is it generic?

Try installing the monitor driver.

Before it was displaying 'Generic' but as you told me, I installed Monitor Driver and now it lists my Monitor but display settings are only 800X600 and 1024X768.
Is there anything else I could try?
