Hello,
I am not real computer literate, but here goes... My graphics card keeps crashing. I am on a HP Probook running Windows 7. I have the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 6370. I have searched the net to find an update but all I get are sites that want me to purchase the hardware to keep all drivers updated. Can some one lead me in the right direction please!

HP Support and Drivers:

Alternately -

If you're running 64-bit Windows 7:
http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Pages/radeonmob_win7-64.aspx

If you're running 32-bit Windows 7:
http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Pages/radeonmob_win7-32.aspx

For future reference, go to www.amd.com. Top right part of the site, note the "Find a Driver" drop down.

For Component Category - select Notebook Graphics
For Product Line - select Radeon HD Series
For Product Model - select Radeon HD 6xxxM Series
For Operating System - select your version (32/64-bit) Windows 7

I have got an error message saying that the graphics card has shut itself down! As far as ventilation I have it on a fan/ventilation system but it still seems to get hot. I have thought that myself, as far as it overheating. I do not know what else to do to keep it any cooler. At times I can be on it for several hours and nothing happens, but then there are times that I am only on it for a few minutes and it crashes. I am on facebook and some of the games offered thru facebook, typically, when it crashes, but not always.
