Primary target : Mainboard!

Hi!!

My girlfriend`s motherboard has died out. Now, we`re looking for another mainboard within our low budget (less than 100$ CAN).

The other parts which she still wants to keep are :

RAM 800mhz DDR2 4GB (2x2GB)
Q8400 CPU
GTX 460 SSC 1GB

Ive found that there were once making nForces with a Geforce 9300/9400, but thy are discontinued.... Thats sad.

Any help?

This one has DDR3 and NOT the second generation of DDR! *sad*
