Here's a website I found.

http://deltapage.com/

Oh and 1 USD = 50 INR

With that resolution I suggest an AMD 6850 HD.

Go for a phenom II x4 955 BE.

Corsair Vengeance 2 x 4 GB 1600 Mhz.

I need a PSU,HDD and Mobo also.I decided a computer case:iBall Gaming Thunder Bolt Cabinet (Without SMPS) or iBall Gaming Velocity Cabinet (Without SMPS) and are you sure that 6850 is good enough for that resolution,I thought of Radeon HD 6870 1GB or 6950 2GB.

I have some doubts to take 6850 1GB coz it cannot very well perform at the resolution I told at 45-60 FPS,I have the choice of 6950 2GB or 6870 1GB,BTW I like whole build but I don't need that optical drive.

for your resolution i don't see why 6850 will be a problem

6850 1gb is good and so is 45-60 fps . 6950 2gb is pointless and so is any 2gb card at 1680 * 1050 . you can also overclock a 6850 close to a 6870 overclocked , the difference will be about 5 fps.

No seriously. At my 1440 x 900 resolution currently, a 6870 can probably max out BF3. ( Maybe I guess)

There isnt going to be much difference between the 6870 and 6850.
For your resolution I suggest the 6850(again)
If ur gonna upgrade to a 1080p or 1200p monitor. get the 6950 2GB
