Sandy Bridge Core i7 mobile vs desktop

Does the Core i7-2960xm @ 2.7 Ghz have the same performance of a Core i7-2600k downclocked to 2.7Ghz?

Almost everything about the two chips is the same except for the TDP.

I don't have one myself to test, but I'd say more or less. It's got a slower GPU part, but it's one of the few mobile cpu's you can officially pair with ddr3-1600 memory.
