Computer not booting with new ram

Hey,

I bought 24 gb of ram (http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231359). When I install them my computer won't boot. It just constantly tries to boot without getting in the bios.

I've tried reseting the cmos, updating my BIOS without success. When I used my old ram it works.

My mobo is EVGA SLI LE (141-bl-e757)

BAD ram i look around and the chances of that ram woorking is 5-6 witch means for every 6 sticks only 5 work

But i've tried every stick in a single slot, that would mean that all 6 stick are bad?
