Greetings,
I just purchased an Enlight 7237 case with 300w power supply. Being new to building a computer from scratch I am still somewhat ignorant on some issues. It seems that a 300w or higher supply is recommended as I am going to use a 800 T-Bird. Anyways to the point. The power supply is indeed 300w but it is not an Enlight, but rather a Premier model# PS-PR-ATX-300v. After talking to the company I bought it from(Paragon) the rep assured me that although it is not on AMD's approved list it meets all the requirements(of course he not only happened to be using that exact model but also loved it!!). A friend of mine went through a lot a problems based on a faulty supply unit, which is exactly what I'd like to avoid.
Any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!!
