I have recently upgraded my graphics card and the PC has worked but now I can not start the pc, no display showing, the power is on, the fans start but do not get the start up screen. Also I canged the power unit to a 700 watt one. My graphics card is now a HIS HD 4670 IceQ Edition 1GB DDR3 Native HDMI DVI VGA Out AGP Graphics Card.
Also I found that reseating the cpu heat sync and fan the computer would work for a bit then freeze or just restart. I am going to re-do the thermal paste tonight as there are a few gaps on the cpu now. Would this cause the problem or is it something to do with the graphics card.

Hard to tell at this point. If messing with the heat sink got it working then I suspect that your problem is temp. related.

All sorted now, had to re-do the thermal paste on the cpu and heat sink. all good now...
