Noisy psu

Hello,
i build a custom machine recently & made a bad choice with psu. its an i7 2600k rig with maximus iv-z mobo & an asus gtx 560 ti(min req 500w) gfx card..
The problem is with the psu "cooler master extreme power plus 700w" it's fan revs up like hell when running heavy games like battlefield 3 (completely silent when idling though). Also note that its a bottom mounted one.
i plan to switch to a better psu. what would be a better choice for my rig? without burning too much cash?

thanks for your quick reply, can u be more specific about the model?? i was interested in corasir hx650, but it has some noise troubles too..
