Building new computer based on old CPU what MoBo

so I had a old CPU that I had not installed when I bought it a year ago.

AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition

I plan on making a new computer and need a recommendation on the MoBo that I should combo with this CPU

here is my criteria for MoBo:

Cheap (~$80)
Great chipset ( I don't need my stuff dying out too soon)
I'm planning on running SSD (only SATA 6.0 Gb) so it should accommodate that
Planning on using this for gaming so I will be getting a GPU (so no on-board graphic required)

and if you can recommend me a RAM to go along with it that would be swell

More about building computer based mobo
  1. mobo:
best pcie 2.0 x16 cfx/sli config for the price (x16/x8), 6 SATA 6gb/s, since its AM3+, is ready for bulldozer, piledriver and steamroller.
for any gaming build 8 gb ram will suffice. whatever fits your budget:

    best luck
  2. can anyone else chip in? (pun intended)

I am not sure what chipset I should go for? is 970 a good place or will 880 suffice?

oh and although I want to OC, I think honestly I would not do it as I just want to play games and would not notice the difference. If that's the case should I go for mATX?
  3. RAM: G.SKILL DDR3; F3-10600CL9D-8GBNT PC3-10600 / DDR3 1333 Mhz 2 x 4GB 9-9-9-24 1.5 V N

    PSU: Seasonic S12II-520 520W

DVD Drive: LG BOX; DVD RW LG 24x SATA

    GPU: HIS 1GB HD 7770 128 bit | DDR5 <<OR>> GTX Zotac 650 Ti

    MoBo: ???

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition (Had already)

    SSD: SanDisk 240GB

    MoBo Consideration:

    BIOSTAR AMD AM3+ A880 GZ ($65) <<OR>> GIGABYTE GA-970A-D3 ($117)

this is the price that is available at my country (Indonesia) so I can't newegg
