Any Suggestions? Advise? Criticisms?

1.Is the cooling system alright?
2.Does the power supply check out??
3.Should I get a computer monitor and mount that? I mainly want to be able
to use the high graphics to their potential with a good screen about 24"-32". (I don't have very much room in my apt)
4.I know the keyboard and mouse are crappy but I'm willing to spend more on that later

Right now I'm leaning toward AMD, it's cheaper for a very slight decrease in performance it seems.
Based on some benchmark charts I saw.

Although I'm a total Noob so this might be incompatible in some way I don't see. I'd really appreciate some council.

More about : advise budget htpc

Friend, first of all....thats a PC, not an HTPC....well, what I mean is that its lacking the caracteristics of htpcs, wich are a slim case, case compatible with remote control, small TDP processor, no gaming videocard, blu-ray, silent machine, wireless keyboard with touch/trackball controls

Having said that, is perfectly fine to have a PC in your living room. What do you want to do with this machine? For simply watching 1080p video, an intel pentium sandy bridge is more than fine, its less than $100

I want it for gaming mostly. I used it out of a template assuming it meant custom PC, which was dumb.

Gaming and just being an all around good computer.

I changed a few things on it just now.
