Hello, I am seeking some advice on my current PSU, CM Silent Pro Gold 800W. I have owned my current PC for a little over 2 years, was just wondering if it is advisable to go with a new PSU for my upgrading.

Current Specs:
AMD Phenom II X6 1055T
CoolerMaster V8
Asus M4A87TD EVO
CoolerMaster Silent Pro Gold 80 Plus
XFX Radeon 6870
8GB G.SKILL Ripjaws 1600

Will be doing some overclocking but nothing too extreme. Thank you for the input so far.

Yeah, not sure I was clear, but the CM 800 is what I have presently in my system. Is it worth it to re-use the PSU in my new build or just go with a new PSU all together.

Use the existing one until you decide on which graphics card solution you are going to go with.

If you finally decide on a graphics card solution that requires more power than the current power supply can handle then you can upgrade at that time.

The NVIDIA Kepler series isn't even available yet so their power requirements are still undetermined.
