Buy new Mobo with PCI-E 16x 2.0
Buy new DDR3 Memory??


Cause if you compare AMD IS CHEAP AND BANG FOR THE BUCK i think??

Intel E5200 2.50ghz
ddr2 2gb
GTS 450 FTW EVGA
FSP 500watts with 36amps 12v+
1280 by 1024 LCD

Cause if you compare them they are both price? So i think i buy new mobo,Processor and ddr3 memomry from AMD?

The AMD option is best. Upgrading to a quad core will be beneficial, but for much less money you can get similar if not better performance with the Phenom IIs. If it's possible, try to get a cheap AM3+ motherboard if you can. This will allow for a Bulldozer upgrade in the future if you ever need it. Or you can just wait for Bulldozer to be released and get a cheap quad-core BD CPU, which will be a great upgrade. It really depends on when you be upgrading.
