Is this good enough memory for gaming? I don't plan on downloading a whole lot or anything, just lots of games.

Yes although I would suggest 2 x 4GB if you have a 64bit OS. 4 GB is the max for 32bit OS.

get this instead. if you are going to be playing games like BF3 with 64 people, your RAM is going to get really filled up and cause lag. if you get that RAM before the 23rd, you get 10$ off making it only 5$ more than the 2x2GB set. hopefully you don't mind the blue and the 1.65V. i personally think more volts is good because that means more stability. if you don't like it though you can bring it back down to 1.5V manually.
