Need help with a graphics card

Hi, I'm making my first ever PC build and have come to a brick wall.
I can't decide on which GPU to get. Here are my components so far.

Antec 300
Intel i5 2500k
P67A GD53 B3
Antec TruePower New 650W Modular PSU
Be Quiet Dark Rock Advanced Cooler
8gb OCZ Gold 133MHz RAM

I'm going to be buying a 21.5" monitor running at 1920 x 1080 Full HD.

My budget for the GPU would be around £180 at the highest.

Do you already have the OCZ RAM? OCZ stopped making RAM a while back, I didn't know places still stocked them. Anyway, £180 = ~$290. Best card around there for a 1920x1080 monitor would either be a 6970 or for a little more, the 570 is also a good choice.
