Building a budget gaming PC, trying to pick a good cheap motherboard.

For Christmas I will be building my brother a budget gaming PC and am not up to date with motherboards. I will be needing a motherboard that's LGA 1155, that is fairly cheap yet still pretty good for the price. Thanks in advance!

Going with an i3 3220, so I don't need to overclock. No chance of SLI either.
