P8Z77-V PRO Z77 3 pin fan question

I have recently bought the following items.

Asus P8Z77-V PRO Z77 Socket 1155 8 Channel HD Audio ATX Motherboard

Noctua NH-D14 Dual Radiator and Fan Socket LGA1366, LGA1156, LGA1155, LGA775, AM3, AM2+, AM2 CPU Cooler

Antec 902 Nine Hundred Two V3 Gaming Case

Im having the common 3 pin heat sink fan and case fan issue. They fans have 3 pin adaptors and the case has 4 pin sockets.

The manuel says the 4 pin sockets are as follows, and in this order.

CPU FAN PWM
CPU FAN IN
CPU FAN PWR
GND.

Ive read you can use a 3 pin fan in a 4 pin socket, but it means not connecting to either, CPU FAN PWM or GND.

which one would u suggest not connecting up.
