So I really appreciate the help as I've never built a system before and I wanted to know

A. would all of these components work together?
B. would you recommend any different components?
C. Am I forgetting anything?

This rig will primarily be for gaming/autocad/revit work (nothing too serious yet just starting out in it).

Case: LIAN LI PC-V1020B (will this case be cool enough, or should i add aftermarket fans. maybe recommend a different case, i prefer minimal designs?)
PSU: CORSAIR Enthusiast Series CMPSU-650TX 650W (will this be enough to power all this)
Mother Board: BIOSTAR TZ68A+RCH (am i skimping too much on this?)
CPU: Intel i5 Sandy Bridge 2500k
VideoCard: I'm inbetween two different cards rite now, which do you guys believe will give better performance in autocad/revit because I know either will perform admirably at gaming
1: EVGA 01G-P3-1561-AR GeForce GTX 560 Ti FPB (Fermi) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5
2. HIS IceQ X Turbo H695QNT2G2M Radeon HD 6950 2GB 256-bit GDDR5
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) (8gb enough?)
HD: SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s orrrrrr
Seagate Barracuda ST31000524AS 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s
Op Drive:ASUS 24X DVD Burner

Keyboard Razer Arctosa
Mouse Razer Abyssus Mirror Edition
Monitor Honestly I'm not sure here, a recommendation for a high quality one around the 21-23in size that isn't ridiculously expensive would be appreciated?

I appreciate the help, thank you all so much!

I would go with a ASUS or Gigabyte motherboard, and 8GB of DDR3 1600

you might want to choose the 2GB video card if you are going into 3D AutoCAD
