Corsair Force 3 120GB Wont Install Windows

Hey Guy Just Bought a new build and only using a ssd for OS but the thing is it will show up in the bios but when i put the windows 7 disk in it asks me to install proper boot media. I have sent the ssd back to the shop and they did some tests and they could install windows fine.

CPU: Intel 15-2500k
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz 16GB
Motherboard: MSI Z68GD65-G3
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100
PSU: SilverStone Strider Gold 1000W Modular
Case: Corsair Carbide 500r
Boot Drive: Corsair Force 3 SSD 120GB (In Repair)
Disk Drive: Pioneer Black 22x Dvd Writer
Graphics Card: MSI GTX 580 3GB Lighting Xtreme Edition
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit

Thats My Build There Is There Any Setting I Need To change On The Bios for it to work BTW this is a completely fresh install of everything. And the windows 7 disk has worked for all my other builds in the past

For some reason, your system appears to be not booting from the optical drive. Have you tried to manually select your optical drive as the boot device or set the optical drive as your first boot device in your BIOS?

yeah optical drive was first still not working
