Good enough for gaming?

After about 2 years of using my not-so-good laptop, I decided to work on building my own rig. Finally, I got around to it and bought and installed everything a few days ago. Already tried a few games on it, but I'm curious as to how well it will run games like Modern Warfare 3, RAGE, Crysis 2 (maybe), Portal 2 and such. I know this isn't a very high-end system, nor are the components very high-end, but I'm hoping it can run more intense games, albeit some lag.

Processor: Athlon II X3 455 3.3GHz (Triple-core)
Motherboard: BIOSTAR NF520D3
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 6450 (1GB model)
RAM: 4GB DDR3 (single-channel)
Hard Drive: 500GB SATAII 7200rmp
PSU: 560W power supply

I also agree with this... You can use the 6450 for now, the games will run on it with lowered details and resolution, but in the end you might want to look into a better vid card. If you dont mind playing with lowered settings (which I personally dont, since I think a game is fun based on the game, not the graphics) then it should work for those games.
