I have been making changes to Documents and Settings/all
users/start menu.

I have almost finshed what I want to do, but every time I
access this folder I am booted out of it and I am told
that my active desktop has been turned off.

I reactivate my desktop but the error keeps recurring

Please can you let me know what I am doing wrong and what
I can d to stop it happnening so that I can continue to
make the changes I want to my start menu.
