^Yup. That's why Intel doesn't include their pathetic stock coolers with these volcanoes :)

Just some quick input, the air cooler by Intel (RTS2011AC)is fine for stock speeds (3.2 - 3.8 w/ turbo boost) For giggles and attached it on to my DX79SI board and clocked it to 4.0. Temps were in the 80's during stressing but remained stable for a 30 minute torture test.
I did end up putting in the Intel liquid cooler - Much cooler and quieter. :)

Thanks for you sharing, but bro actually around my local area only the air cooling fan wass available so i had to stick with that.
