Hey,

I currently have this mobo http://www.asrock.com/mb/overview.asp?model=a330ion with a dual core Atom on-board. It can handle MKVs in 720p and 1080p (usually) quite well as long as the screen resolution does not exceed 720p. The thing is it lags a lot when it comes to the 3d MKVs playback. Is there any way to achieve a fluent 3D playback on that hardware (eg. by an appropriate codec configuration) ? If so, can it be done on Win7?

If not, what is the minimum requirement for a fluent 3D MKV playback? Would an I3-2100 with a compatible mini ITX mobo (say GIGABYTE GA-H61N) handle that well?

Cheers
