Raid and HDD

Hi All,

RAID is good, RAID is better, but I have a question which I am not sure it is practical or stupid. Does it matter if I use two or more HDDs which are not identical like ATA66 and ATA100 or 5400 and 7200 rps?? Much appreciated for your info!

From a performance standpoint, I would not consider RAID better if you don't use similarly spec'd drives..
