Which motherboard is better?

Hey I recently got some help from some guy on this forum on building a custom computer and I'm trying to stay on a budget.
The guy said to get the GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UP4 TH LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard with Dual Thunderbolt for $195 but there is a Newegg sale for ASUS P8Z77-V LK LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS for $115. The computer will be an i5-3570k and a msi gtx 680 lightning. Can anyone help by telling me the plusses of each and which is better for the price or if the extra money is worth it?

Get the UP4... if your gonna have all that good hardware don't hold your self back with no LK. while the LK can do mild OC'ing... its nothing compared to scores ive seen with the UP4.

i would get a this, but if fast usb 3.0 is a deal breaker than i would go for asus. they have the fasted usb 3.0 tech. right now. the asrock extreme4 is the best mobo with an excellent price/performance/features ratio

yeah. might as well just go with the z77 mpower to match the lightning.

be careful with the lightning cards though. the new ones dont have overvolting
