You need to install a 64 bit OS.
32bit recognizes (maximum) 3.2GBs of RAM

in short? no

in long? noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

but seriously, 32 bit os'es cannot use more than 4 gigs or ram (well 3.5 really), even if you put in an 8gb stick it would either not boot to windows (unlikely), or would only recognize 4gb (but tell you that you have 8 and it cant use the other 4) in the os.
