Could someone please tell me which Intel Processors I can upgrade to. I've heard that an Intel Core2Duo E6700/E6600 would work but i have no idea what i'm doing...putting it simply.

Would the standard Heatsink thatt came with my pc be okay with the E6600 or am I going to have to buy a more efficient cooler?

well i have a Dell Optiplex 745 and it runs a stock Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 and i was looking to update it to a its quad core brother. They both have the same socket but can this board support this processor or a higher speed Core 2 Duo?
