Which one should I get I have decided on that card as it seems like the best bang for my buck in that price range but there are 2 that I am trying to decide between. The most noticeable difference is one has one fan and the other has two, however after closer inspection one seems less sturdy. So I wanna know what you guys think and also if you guys have seen them cheaper anywhere let me know (I just use Newegg cause I have had good experiences with them before).

The one fan model:

The two fan model:

ALSO I have a PNY GTS 250 1 gb in my pc currently and I don't know how long it is. I was wondering if any of you know if those cards would fit specifically the double fan one. I also have an NZXT M59 case just in case you were wondering.

I would recommend saving a few more bucks and go with the GTX 460: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130570

But, towards choosing either one of those, I'd go with the one-fan simply because it's 10$ cheaper and an different cooler doesn't make much of a difference with a card that doesn't generate a lot of heat. Just for reference, if your GTS 250 has a standard PCB, it should be about 9". The two fan model 6790 is 10", and the one fan model is 9.25".

Between the GTX 460 and Comparable Radeon GPUs, Get this
HIS HD6850
or better yet
Gigabyte OC HD6850

Performance leap from a GTS250 to these cards would be more apparent,
also they consume less power, yet perform better than the HD6790.

BTW, what resolution and what game are u playing ?

1366x768 is my native which I usually use and I play mostly action adventure or fps games some of the game I play are Dead Island, Portal 2, Left 4 Dead 2, Just Cause 2, Grand Theft Auto 4 EFLC and Minecraft.

+1...

there're too much to waste from HD6790 in that reso...get a HD5770 instead if u reaaallllyyyy need or wantd to buy a new VGA...otherwise keep the GTS250 1gb...

invest more in the cpu...
