Cannot install windows 7, Boot problems.

Hi I just did my first build and went to install windows 7 professional sp1 and it gave me a message about how windows 7 cannot be installed. I went into the BIOS and checked my boot order and it had the hard drive in front of the optical drive. I switched them but when I went to save and reset it says "Boot Override" and puts the hard drive in front of the optical drive again! It has uefi in red above the hdd. This has annoyed me to no end and I would really appreciate an answer as to why this is happening! Thanks in advance!
