Screen flickering Black but NOT in-game.

Hey all,

So I just rebuilt my computer and having a strange issue. My screen is randomly "flickering" black. But only while I'm not in game. If I'm browsing the internet or on the desktop. It's not consistent though, like right now while I'm writing this it's not doing it, but it was 5 mins ago. I've tried both world of warcraft and Dead Island and it does NOT do it while in game.

Things I replaced in rebuild:
AMD Phenom II X4 965
EVGA GTX 560 ti
12 Gigs of Ram
Gigabyte 970A-UD3
