Can my mobo support 1.65vram

hi guys... just bought my new ram(kingston hyperx blu 1600mhz 1.65v)...my mobo is emmax a55gm icafe

my questions are
1. can my mobo handle the rated 1.65 vram??
2. is it safe to configure ram to its rated speed and voltage??

your mobo only supports 1.5 V rams however to use your ram its important what ram voltages your cpu can handle. refer this thread: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/302729-30-running-memory
