Standoffs don't align with the motherboard

Hello

i've been building a computer for my first time and the standoffs fro the case don't align with the holes in the motherboard.
I have a Thermaltake v6 case and a Gigabyte Z77MX-D3H motherboard.

If i push the motherboard quite hard against the case, i can see the holes of the standoffs through the motherboard, but i don't want to break the motherboard, so I have no clue what i should do.

Thanks, i just needed to readjust the angle of the motherboard. I must not have noticed it because of the fan blocking the view.
