Hello,
I need to load programs that "all users" on the system should have access to.In previous versions I could save a shortcut to "all users"->desktop in documents and settings. Now I am not able to do that with Win7.Any ideas?

You might try going to your home directory.
Click on the "Share with" on the menu line.
If you do not have a Homegroup, try clicking on "Specific people..."

C:\User\Public\Public Desktop You have to show hidden files/folders.
