Documents and settings in windows 7

Hello,
I need to load programs that "all users" on the system should have access to.In previous versions I could save a shortcut to "all users"->desktop in documents and settings. Now I am not able to do that with Win7.Any ideas?

  1. You might try going to your home directory.
    Click on the "Share with" on the menu line.
    If you do not have a Homegroup, try clicking on "Specific people..."
  2. C:\User\Public\Public Desktop You have to show hidden files/folders.
