Hi guys. I've a Gigabyte 990FXA Ud3 MOBO and I'm about to get the new Pilidriver 8350 for my rig, I know that my board is rev 1.0 therefore it needs a new BIOS in order to work along with the 8350, the FM9 for been more precise. Anyway even though this board has 2 BIOS as a fail safe and I know that I only need to have a USB formated to fat 32 with the BIOS ready, I've a couple of questions:

1. I had a lot of problems installing an SSD (a real pain in the ...) if I copy all the settings down and I put them back after the BIOS update, will be the same as it is now?
2. Will my windows work after the update? I don't wanna make a fresh installatinon again since I had to do a safe format to my SSD and I know those have a limit in writing.

Thanks a bunch!
