ASrock n68-s ucc running on 40 degrees

Why my board temperature running on 40 degrees...and the onboard video card is too hot..I allready open the side case but still running on 40 degrees

most components have a tolerance of 100c+ except hard drives. graphics dont wont to be more than 75c
