all new ram out there has a read and write cycle. when you add them together you get the max rated speed of ram. ie 1333/1600/1800/2100.... some program dont do the 2x right but show you the bus speed the ram is running at.
the image that you have if you times it by 2 you get the ball park speed your ram running at..close to 1333 speed.
if you have 1600 ram you need to go into your bios and turn on xmp profile in the dram speed.

yes it normal...use cpu-z it read the right speed.
