What's the best value mobo with 4 ram slot?

I'll be buying these

psu: Seasonic (S12II) 520watts PSU 80Plus Bronze 2700
cpu: Intel Pentium G640 2.8GHz (Dual Core) 2390
ASrock H77 Pro4/MVP 4140
Crucial Ballistix Sport 2x4GB DDR3-1600 CL9 1920
hdd/ssd: Intel 330 Series 60gb sata3 2999
atx: NZXT Source 210 Elite 2250
TOTAL 16399

Primary usage is for Java Programing (so lot's of file I/O & lot's of RAM).

I plan to buy another Crucial Ballistix Sport 2x4GB DDR3-1600 CL9 about 3-4mos from now. Is that ok?
Also is this a good choice?

Then, if I'm lucky upgrade to i3 or (or i5 if really get lucky).
Not a serious gamer, but I do play

How about I get Asrock B75M DGS = PHP 2870.00 and get a single 8gb stick? then another 8gb stick later (maybe it will get cheaper in 3-4mos)?

Or how about I get B75M DGS & then get a dual 8gb stick

built an i3 server using this mb..had no issue drop the 8g of ram and cpu in and she fired right up.

i personally have ripjaws and sniper ram from gskill in my 2 computers, i would recommend going with 1600 memory and always get matched ram. i have no clue how much ram programming takes, but 8gb is typically enough for most people unless you do video editing. i would save up and get an i5,vits more future proof and just plain awesome but i3 would work good too

I've just found out that g640 is a sandy. How bad it is comapared to i3 3220?

Is there a cheaper ivy than i3 3220?

I'm considering buying a used g640 or g630 or an i3, is that ok? Is there a chance it can damage my brand new hardware?

I saw a 2nd hand Core™2 Quad Processor Q6700 for 2500php. Thats about $2 diff w the bnew g640. Not familliar w/ older cpus though. Is this a good buy?

Any page where I can easily review processors?
