Blowing in scroll hole fixes mouse

Hello I have a cheap rosewill laser mouse that often goes twitchy and the pointer is hard to control.

I find if I blow hard into the tiny gap around the scroll wheel it will fix it, but blowing directly into the laser optic does not help.

What can cause this, aside from a cheap badly made product?

When the mouse goes twitchy - this is caused by dust getting into the path of the optics and scattering the light so the mouse gets confused.

Blowing directly onto the laser optic - clowds up the lenses with condensation from your breath, again, causing the mouse to get confused because it cannot see the transmitted light until the condensation evapourates.
