i have an old apevia mid tower case case i got awhile go.

4 80mm fans and 1 120mm

i was thinking 2 bottom front 80mms be intake blows over my harddrive
side 80mm over cpu intake, the side fan is right over my cpu fan
top 80mm out take
120mm out take

iam buying new fans without annoying leds and i was just wanting to optimize my air flow.

More about : optimal case air flow

Are there any empty fan grills in the top of the case?, if not i highly recommend cutting 1 out for top case ventilation to maximize heat dissipation.

Pictures speak a thousand words my friend, take some pics of your PC including all sides top and bottom and rear and front and a good one of the inside, post them here and we will be more able to help you.

In general:
Front = intake
top/rear = exhaust
side = intake (normally side fans are aligned over the GPU and this provides extra cool air)

To answer your question...I think that your planned placement and intake/exhaust plan is good.
