Slipsteam SP1?

Does anyone know how to Slip Steam SP1 in a non-iso of Win 7? I pull the files off my CD but they are just files they aren't in an ISO. I don't have any programs to create an ISO, I remember in the Win XP days N-Lite just looked for the i386 folder, is there any program that does this kind of procedure now?
