I had almost the exact parts from the marathon build, but I don't know if it'll fit your budget. I was on a 500-600 budget as well, and I removed some parts to fit my budget. Because of the flood some prices went up, especially the hard drives. And if you are in need of an os, it'll cost around $100 same as a monitor. Leaving you with like $400 left for the parts.
