New computer setup thoughts?

Hello,
Im building a new computer and I would like some thoughts on the research I have done:

Processor- AMD FX6100
MoBo- Asus M5A97
RAM- DDR3 2x4GB
Power: 350W
(+a case and a videocard)

Is this a good setup? Any thoughts are appreciated!

i guess it depends what you use it for and what video card you decide on getting. if you buy a pretty decent video card and plan on over clocking for gamng then i would maybe look into getting a bigger psu. atleast 500-600w. thats if you get a higher end video card. but if you are just using it for every day computing (surfing the web) then your psu would be fine and ou wouldnt need i good video card. also if you do plan on gaming you could upgrade your mobo. just my thoughts...
