Question about upgrading mobo

Would I have to buy a completly new copy of windows 7 for $100 if I upgraded my mobo? thanks

No you don't Just uninstall your current windows 7 install and properly unregistered your current pc. Then install to your new computer.

This is only required if you are buying a new hard drive. If you are just changing your motherboard then just connect your old hard drive in the new motherboard.
