Uploading photos

I cannot upload any photos from my Samsung camera. When I plug the camera in to USB. The computer cannot see the device. What should I do?

Read the manual.
You may need to install the driver first or you may need to place the camera in a mode so it acts like a usb drive.

Do other usb devices work in this port? Is your camera on or off? Again read the manual and do it the way they say.

We cant really offer anything but general advice without knowing the camera model or what you've already done.
