Upgrading, suggestions needed (GPU-related)

Hello,
I currently own a pre-built Packard Bell desktop with the following specifications:

I am looking to upgrade the graphics card. This leads to the question:
What GPU should I upgrade to? I need a GPU that wouldn't be overly bottlenecked by the other components (and a PCI-E 1.1 port). Anything below a 5% perfomance decrease would be perfect.
I will also upgrade the power supply, if necessary.
Thanks in advance.

I can't seem to find any information on my PSU anywhere. I'll have to open the case for that, I assume.

It's probably pretty bad, so I guess I'll have to upgrade it either way. Thanks for the reply, anyway :D

I don't live in the States, and as such I'm unable to purchase from Newegg.

Out of this list, which PSU would you recommend?
http://www.komplett.no/k/kl.aspx?bn=10061&mfr=&filter=PRICE.500-1000.
(Or, a translated version of the page) http://translate.google.no/translate?sl=no&tl=en&js=n&prev=_t&hl=no&ie=UTF-8&layout=2&eotf=1&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.komplett.no%2Fk%2Fkl.aspx%3Fbn%3D10061%26mfr%3D%26filter%3DPRICE.500-1000.&act=url

(A PSU that isn't humongously large would be much appreciated, this is a pre-built I'm trying to extend the lifespan of after all.)

Okay, just a quick question before the thread dies (or something...):

Is the 6850/460 the 'fine line' whereas performance goes (as in, would any more powerful cards be bottlenecked) or is it just a guesstimation?

I don't know it from personal experience, but i have read a lot of other threads about this topic. The 460/6850 might just be a little to much allready. Forgot to ask ; what resolution do you use ? More powerfull would be giving a bottleneck for sure.
