How good of a motherboard will I need?

[Noob question] Planning on purchasing this card( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150609&Tpk=XFX%20Double%20D%20FX-785A-CDFC%20Radeon%20HD%207850%202GB%20256-b ), will I be able to support it with these specs?



Motherboard: M68MT-S2
*Current GPU* AMD Radeon HD 6670 1gb
CPU: AMD FX 4100 Quad core processor 3.6 ghz
RAM: 8GB DDR3 1333
PSU: Corsair TX 650w
HDD: 500GB SATA II 3.0Gb/s 7200RPM

Should work just fine. Might be a slight CPU bottleneck but probably won't be noticeable.
