A test system with a GTX560ti in full stress use's less than 320watts.Your PSU is capable of delivering 360watts on the +12/v rail.Technically speaking it will work but you really are pushing your limits with it and I have doubts about that PSU even being able to deliver what it says it can.If that's all you got and you can't upgrade it I would suggest at least going with a 6850 until you get a better PSU.

What are your full system specs?(CPU,RAM,etc.?)

My fault.I didn't realize you meant a GTX560ti.Reread my previous post.

With an i7 and 8GB of RAM I would suggest going with a 6850.That's the most powerful card I feel safe enough using with that PSU.

With no overcloking anywhere, it will run, but as purple stank said, its pushing it.

The biggest issue you will have is that psu is not meant to run at 90% or more of its capacity, so the electic bill will skyrocket :D .

I strongly suggest you get a better PSU.

I your budget allows it I would suggest going with that Antec 850watt.That way you have the option of SLI'ing if you choose to in the future.

Oh I see.Well then get the Antec 850watt.It's always good to futureproof when you can espically when buying a PSU.With that PSU you can SLI GTX560ti in the future.
