You can save $40 by dropping the CPU/Motherboard combo. Still get the Intel Core I5 2500K, but drop down to the ASRock Extreme 3 Gen 3. I didn't see much difference aside from the Gen 4 having two more SATA 6.0 ports. Save more by going with a $100 case. Another $15 with cheaper (but still quality) RAM.

ASRock Extreme 3 Gen 3 Motherboard
Cooler Master HAF 922 Blue Case
G.Skill DDR3-1600 8GB (2x4GB) RAM

That will drop you down under $1400. If that's not good enough, then get a lesser graphics card.

on top of the suggestions above

don't buy a seasonic 80+ gold modular PSU. There are plenty of good 80+ bronze PSUs that put out plenty of stable power. For example, you could get the Corsair TX750V2 for $60 less. Also, with a 580 you really only need a 650W PSU. A TX650V2 would suffice and save even more money.

Also, I'd go even cheaper on the case. You can get a very good case for $50-75.
