Many places to save money but since you said 4k this has the best componets out there for way under 4k with a 27" monitor

To save money cut the i7 down to an i5 2500k

All cases I've used have allowed to add or switch out fans with other fans that you like. Some fan ports have a 120m fan that you can switch out to put a 140m fan or even have a 240m fan that you can switch with two 120m fans.

ok thanks emelth!

and rosebud the reason i created this forum is so that i could get helped, i came to this website and read a ton of forums, knowing that i needed a new tower i looked up multiple things and the top things are what i found thinking that was best. Then i created the forum to make sure that the things i had were the very best. Turns out i really dont know much about computers and that the things that emelth and cutebeans reccommended were really helpful.
